Hehehe... I hope you really do this. It'd be awesome if I saw someone do this in this narrow-minded world, it would make my day.

Art is great, the animation of it is a bit repetitive, but it works for this particular movie.

1) Regarding the looks:
Try having some shading in your animation to, you obviously know how to, hence the garbage can at the end. I don't like the rough lining, it makes your draws look a lot worse then they are. Using another drawing tool is an easy fix.
2) Regarding the rest:
You say this is practice so you propably know this isn't to funny or interesting. I hope seeing something good from you soon, I'm sure you have the potential.

I'll try and practice on the lines as those are extremely hard to work on at times. As for the shading, I was kinda rushing to get this done on time, but I'll try later to get things properly shaded.

Yeah I'm just gonne do my review right here.
-The English is bad, the text should be rewritten, let someone help you
-Text is to fast now and then, a somewhat dramatic voice reading it would benefit this video to (if done right)
-at 00:54, the top left corner of America was flooded?
-The blue dot is a bit akward on a map with 50 shades of grey.

2 stars, it's not a bad game intro, but a pretty bad standalone video.

I watched a few of your videos and they're definatly putting a smile on my face (and that actually... is a big thing). So yeah... take my stars!

Thing is... you can do much better then this and get a better general rating. You can and should improve your artwork, since you seem to know how to draw (you put every asset in the right place but with fast and sloppy lines and taking shortcuts in animation). Maybe your goal shouldn't be pumping out a video as fast as possible but making a good one. Which is also a better marketing strategy, something I -as a nooby game developer- started realizing after releasing my share of easy flash. My suggestion is... try making a video with better art, but simpler animation. So simpler movement and stuff, so you can reuse drawings; by only changing the arm movement or something. I think that wouldn't cost you that much more work but will be more apreciated by a general public. Good luck with your future development, feel free to give me a poke when you need an oppinion on a future animation.
